Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Ultimate Diamond Inc. ("Ultimate Diamond") are final. Due to the nature of luxury timepieces and the high value of our merchandise, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds except as specifically described in our Authenticity Guarantee below.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final and non-refundable. We strongly encourage all buyers to ask questions, request additional photographs, and verify all details prior to completing payment.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every watch sold by Ultimate Diamond is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Every piece is inspected and verified by our team of in-house watchmakers before it leaves our store.

In the unlikely event that a watch purchased from Ultimate Diamond is determined to be inauthentic by an independent, certified horological authority, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. This guarantee has no time limit and no expiration date.

To make a claim under this guarantee:

• You must provide a written report from a certified, independent watchmaker or an authorized service center of the relevant brand, stating that the watch is not authentic.
• The watch must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with all original documentation, packaging, and accessories.
• The watch must not have been modified, altered, repaired by a third party, or tampered with in any way since delivery.
• Claims must be initiated by contacting us directly at hello@ultimate.watch or (646) 220-7487 before returning any merchandise.
• Ultimate Diamond reserves the right to have the watch independently re-inspected before issuing a refund.

Condition at Time of Sale

All watches are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. Condition descriptions (e.g., "Excellent," "Like New," "Pre-Owned") reflect our professional assessment at the time of listing. Pre-owned luxury watches may exhibit minor signs of previous wear consistent with their age and prior use. Such wear is not a defect and is not grounds for a return or refund.

We provide detailed photographs and descriptions of every watch. Buyers are encouraged to carefully review all images and descriptions and to contact us with any questions before purchasing. Perceived discrepancies between listing photographs and the physical watch that are attributable to screen calibration, lighting, or the inherent limitations of photography are not grounds for a return.

Warranty Claims

All watches sold by Ultimate Diamond include a 1-year mechanical warranty covering the internal movement. This warranty covers defects in the movement that are not caused by misuse, water exposure, impact, unauthorized service, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims are handled as a repair or service, not as a return or refund. To submit a warranty claim, contact us at hello@ultimate.watch. We will arrange insured shipping for the watch to be evaluated and serviced by our in-house team. Ultimate Diamond determines, at its sole discretion, whether a claim falls within warranty coverage.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your watch arrives damaged due to shipping or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@ultimate.watch or (646) 220-7487. Include photographs of the packaging and the item. We will resolve the issue at our sole discretion, which may include repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedy.

Sourced / Special-Order Watches

Watches sourced at a buyer's request through our Archive and sourcing service are subject to the same All Sales Final policy. Once a sourced watch has been accepted and paid for by the buyer, the sale is final. Our Authenticity Guarantee applies equally to sourced watches.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from a purchase shall be resolved in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, governed by the laws of the State of New York. Buyers agree to resolve disputes through direct communication with Ultimate Diamond before pursuing any other remedies.
