Yes. Every watch sold by Ultimate Diamond is guaranteed 100% authentic. All pieces are inspected and verified by our in-house watchmakers before listing. If a watch is ever found to be inauthentic, we provide a full refund with no time limit.

Yes. All watches include a 1-year mechanical warranty covering the internal movement. Some watches also carry the original manufacturer warranty if still active.

Absolutely. We have a ground floor retail storefront at 19 W 47th Street in New York City's Diamond District. We are open Monday through Friday 11am to 6:30pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, and Sunday 10am to 5pm. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can book an appointment for a dedicated consultation.

Yes. We maintain an archive of over 13,000 watches. If a watch is not currently in our inventory, tell us what you are looking for and we will source it for you through our extensive network.
